I bought this jewelry box for my father as a gift for his partner. We ALL were blown away by how absolutely stunning this piece was. The pictures do maybe 10% justice. This jewelry box is one YOU KNOW will last a lifetime. It is a conversation piece and one you could definitely tell was made with love, care, and a completely high level of craftsmanship. Words simply cannot express how taken back we all were by the beauty of this piece. I will definitely be purchasing some additional pieces for myself.

This kind of master handcrafting is so beautiful but difficult to find in the USA. I was especially touched by M. Ayub?s write up about the Kashmir Valley and how he learned his craft which was historically passed from one generation to the next but attracts fewer and fewer artisans these days.
