While I chose to buy the garnet "dragon's ball" necklace for myself, I chose the topaz one for my best friend whose birthday is in December and his birthstone is topaz. The craftsmanship and detailing when I purchased mine convinced me this artisan knows exactly what dragons look like. Since both my friend, Timothy, and I equally love these creatures, it only followed that once I received mine, I would obtain one for him. The necklace is just beautiful! The pendant can accommodate up to a 6 mm chain. A round globe of lapis lazuli dangles inside a beautifully textured ring. From the bottom of that large ring dangles a small ring. The necklace is fun to touch because all three components, the large ring, the small ring, and the lapis Leslie globe move freely. The necklace is beautifully well-made! I’m so glad I purchased it!
