This hammered silver band engraved with the Balinese aksara script for the cardinal directions, North South, East and West is absolutely magnificent. The cardinal directions, firmly rooted in Balinese and Javanese culture and tradition have a place in everyday life in that part of the world, and if one is not familiar with these traditions they are well worth looking in to. Younger version of me.
I love these rings. I wear them on different areas of my fingers. I used to wear rings like that and on my toes. At 62 I?m reverting to a younger me and feeling good for it. The rings are beautiful and as pictured and true to size. They do not turn my finger green!!! Thank you to the artisan. I love them.
