Abubakari Alhassan crafts a faithful replica of the Ketia mask from Ghana's Dragarti people. Meaning "king's wife," the Ketia mask is given to the monarch's new bride on the day of her wedding. Alhassan carves the handsome mask by hand from sese wood and decorates it with aluminum plates.
