Signed Surrealist Painting of Horses from Ghana, "Endurance"

Four horses race each other in this composition by Ghanaian artist Stephen Dede-Bamfo. He paints this scene in a surrealist style, portraying the horses against a sun and rainbow as they breathe fire. Spider webs and other motifs decorate this painting. Says the artist, "To become a winner you need endurance. Your inability to endure makes you unsuccessful in life."
