Nicaragua Carpenters design original kitchen utensils with a twist - literally. They work with seasoned jobillo wood, which naturally includes dark red and dark brown veins. Slightly twisting at the middle, the spatula is designed to be used with either end - one of which is marked by artisans trademark.
This item can be washed by hand or put in the dishwasher; do not soak.
