These golden-hued earrings from Ritu Thapar in India look for all the world like they were unearthed from a royal tomb. However, they are crafted by hand of humble terracotta ceramic, and painted by hand in golden paint. Tiny red faux acrylic "gems" add sparkle. The earrings feature sterling silver posts and clasps.
