Above the eyes, giraffes stand tall against a sky-blue backdrop while a parrot flies between them unto the mask's nose. Saaed carves the sese wood mask by hand and adorns it with embossed aluminum plates and hand-painted details.

"Incredible Artwork"
Not sure how I stumbled upon this mask in the first place but from the moment I saw it, something about it haunted me. Its beautiful. I could NOT stop thinking about it and finally caved, and Im so glad I did. The colors, the beadwork, and the craftsmanship are all incredible. This is my favorite piece of art we own, by far. I cant wait to collect more of Awudu Saaeds work.
