Bringing a touch of African culture to any home, this stool is handcrafted of sese wood and accented with embossed brass sheet. Drawing inspiration from the traditional Adinkra motifs of the Ashanti tribe, the top surface of the stool features multicolored recycled glass beads that depict the symbol known as Akoben, which signifies vigilance in the Akan language. The base of the stool takes the shape of the Adinkra symbol for friendship.
