Wearing protective goggles, a scientist works in his laboratory. This purposeful chemist is crafted from an amazing assortment of metal, bicycle and automobile parts such as spark plugs, screws and rebar. Armando Ramírez recycles them as rustic art.
Please note it is the artist's intention not to give his sculptures a fine polished finish, therefore smudges and scratches may be present.

Thank you Armando! I purchased the Rustic Scientist as a gift for my husband (hes a chemist). Im so pleased with my purchase. The attention to detail is amazing, as is the quality of the piece. Its the perfect present for my husband, hell be so pleased. Also, excellent service from Novica with really fast delivery (arrived way ahead of estimated delivery time). Couldnt be happier!

"Distinctive style"
The statues from Armando have a unique look and style. The one I got was quite intricate and detailed. Everyone who sees it on my desk at work thinks its great. I love it so much, that Im definitely going to buy other figures in the future.

"Love this artist!!"
We now have at least 4-5 pieces from Armando Ramirez. His talent is phenomenal! This was purchased for our youngest son to hang his car keys and Covid mask on,in his room. This was one of those gifts that is soooo hard to let go of and actually give away. I would love one of just about everything of Armando Ramirez ,we have his amazing deer sculpture that has a place for a votive candle and it is hands down my most favorite piece of art!! Highly recommend getting something from this amazing artist ! His small people sculptures have made charming gifts through the years but his larger work is absolutely exquisite!!!

"Clever auto part sculpture"
I bought one of these pediatricians for my nephew who is a pediatrician. He loves it and told me it is very cute.I also bought one for my personal doctor. She loves hers, too.Armando Ramirez is very creative--a true artisan.. I have bought several of his sculptures and have loved every one of them and so have the peopleI have given them to.. I turned the Barber sculpture into a Retinologist giving an eye injection. When I look at them, they do not seem like they are made out of scrap auto parts. All I see is a delightful showpiece.
