Delivery EstimateInspired by the colors found in a forest, the members of the K'amolon K'i K'ojonel artisan group from Guatemala design this poncho in shades of green, blue, and purple. The artisans use a backstrap loom to hand-weave the lovely garment from soft rayon fabric. A folded front and a long, fringed back give the poncho a unique, asymmetric shape.

"Beautiful chenille scarf. Perfect accent with dark winter coats."
Im allergic to wool, so this scarf has been perfect for warmth in winter. The colors are beautiful. Im able to wrap this around my neck twice and still have enough length to tie the ends in a fashionable knot. Its very soft against the skin and has not pulled or snagged, as it is very tightly woven. Would make a wonderful gift.

"Exquisite"
The colours in this beautiful poncho reminds me of the beautiful bioluminescent forest from my favourite film. It is as soft as silk to the touch and the shape reminds me of folded butterfly or moth wings. Absolutely exquisite. And the fact that it is eco friendly and supports wonderful artisans and their families brings a warmth to the heart that transforms this piece from beyond wearable art to a philosophy.
