Its rectilinear form punctuated by circles and divided by a long central ridge, this attractive sculpture is mystical and compelling. Kola Ogunsunlade Joseph creates an evocative assemblage in a dramatic resurrection of materials. Utilizing metal plates and found objects, the university-trained sculptor forms the angular piece with arc welding materials and finishes it with clear varnish.

My husband LOVES this mask! He is an artist, also working with found objects. It was a most felicitous Christmas present for him. Kudos to Kola Ogunsunlade Joseph!
