Details
Ghanaian textile artisan Oluwayemisi Adeniran sends a message of pride in heritage in this wonderfully designed wall hanging. The artist first creates the desired striped motif from a wax application on cotton cloth, then dyes the fabric in multi-colored hues. The wax is then boiled off to reveal the original design.
