Cool leaves and frog green vase
This leaves and frog vase is so unusually beautiful with a frog peeking from between the ceramic green leaves. It looks cute with fresh or dry flowers, and even dry branches over my fireplace. I love the sage green color too, My husband also likes it because it is so uniques and different, with plants and animal motives
This bowl is very solid wood, heavy, well crafted, and looks terrific. It definitely rounds out my floral vase collection in a very wonderful way. Im very happy with this purchase.
Nice Hand Made Vase
Please include within the specifications the opening width of vase. I read the width was 6 as stated but that was referring to the body of the vase and not the opening width which is only 3.25

Earth-Toned Hummingbird Chorotega Pottery Decorative Vase, "Flying Free"$89.99
Hummingbirds hover in a field of warm, earthy orange on this ceramic decorative vase handcrafted by Chorotega pottery artisan Harry García of the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica. The hummingbirds are bordered by decorative bands of deep red and brown with curved motifs, followed by a solid band of dark brown at the base and rim.
Chorotega pottery is completely handmade with traditional techniques passed down through the generations for 3,000 years, and one of the last surviving cultural elements of the Chorotega people indigenous to Costa Rica’s Guanacaste region and Nicoya Peninsula. Chorotega pottery is made from local clay mixed with a very fine freshwater sand. The artisans shape the clay on hand-operated pottery wheels and hand-polish the art piece to give it a smooth texture and luster. Designs are etched by hand and the pieces are painted with natural pigments made from pulverized local colored rocks mixed with water, then fired in traditional wood-burning brick kilns. The result is a beautiful, earthen pottery unique to this region.
Pre-Hispanic Replica Nicaraguan Ceramic Vase, "Serpent Woman"$149.99
Legend tells how the local ruler had a beautiful wife of strange and mysterious habits. Each Friday, she would take much food to a secret place on the river. One of the chief's servants followed her and what he saw terrified him. He told her husband, who followed her the next week. The woman sat down on the shore and struck the water with her hand. Out came an enormous serpent, with whom she passed the time eating and talking. Enraged, the jealous husband killed his wife. But the furious snake agitated the water so the currents overflowed the riverbank and destroyed the ancient village. The survivors built a new town, which they named Serpent Woman — or meaning Cebaco.
Maria Arauz tells the story on a cylindrical vase of beautifully incised terracotta. "This explains the name of today's town of Sebaco," she says.
