Standing atop a half-orb of earthy calcite, a lovely white bird is the subject of this gemstone sculpture from Peru. Created by Cesar Gonzales, the sculpture is hand-carved from a single piece of onyx, standing on metal feet. The bird is completed with a black onyx beak and glass eyes.
