Indian artisan Mohammad Hussain Baba designs this ornate pedestal to highlight the beauty and majesty of chinar leaves in Kashmir. The petite pedestal is crafted out of walnut wood and then neatly painted by hand. Upon a base paint of ivory, Mohammad Hussain Baba has depicted colorful birds in hues of green, blue, and yellow resting amongst a dense pattern of golden chinar leaves and rosy flower buds. The pedestal is finished with a glossy lacquer coating to give it an overall elegant appearance.

"Simply stunning"
I have already purchased three items from this artist. While all are exquisite, “Bewitching Flowers” outshines them all. Its combination of colors and the delicacy of its detail makes it a standout in my collection.
