Unlined Catrina Skeleton Art Print Mini Journal, "La Catrina"
The cover of this small journal is a print from the original artwork of artist Alejandra Aceves in Mexico. In this marvelous artwork, she depicts "La Catrina", clutching a heart in her skeletal arms under a moonlit sky. The original "La Calavera Catrina" was a zinc etching created by the artist José Guadalupe Posada in Mexico around 1910. Posada created the character, a female skeleton with an elegant hat, as a satirical portrait of Mexican natives who aspired to European style and denied their own heritage. The catrina has since become an emblem of Mexico's Day of the Dead celebration and a popular folk art subject. The appealing artwork graces a spiral-bound notebook of unlined paper. Use it to record the daily joys and special moments in your life.

"Incredibly soft and breathable!"

This is the only mask I ve worn so far that doesn t feel like it s smothering me; as seen in the pictures, the fabric points outwards in the nose area, which gives you plenty of freedom to talk, breathe, etc.. I don t even feel the metal strip inside because of how comfortable and natural the contour of the mask is. The material is also very soft and the kitty design makes people of all ages smile!

This was a gift for my sister. We love the adult coloring books, but what to do with the completed project? Postcards are an excellent idea. She says they are beautiful!

"I love it!"

I have no idea how it perfectly happened that this little handpainted dog looks EXACTLY like my dog, down to the colors and marking, around the same eye! So obviously I had to buy it. I love the metal fastener for your nose, it makes me feel safer that its in place. The only thing is, theres a little bit of extra bunched up fabric in the nose area when I tighten the metal, but I dont even care. Love the 3 layers, I wont buy less! Thank u for the lovely handpainted doggie.
