Eric Danquah finds inspiration in Akan wisdom to carve this image of father giving son a push up a tree. "In Akan we say 'wo foro dua pa a na ye pie wo,' ('climb a good tree before you are pushed')," explains Danquah. "It means that you must always follow the right path in life, so people can help you along the way."
