The image of a fierce, winged lion is carefully carved by hand of suar wood as the artisan works to capture every minute detail. This creature is the symbol for Pancasila, known as the official philosophical foundation of Indonesia.

"Superb craftsmanship, but ...."
The woodwork on this sculpted owl is superb. Unfortunately, though, its main feature disappoints: the eyeglass holder wont hold any of my glasses. Quite disappointing.

"The Buddhidt goddess of mercy and compassion"
Beautiful sculpture of the figure I know by her Chinese name, Kwan Yin. Well crafted, expertly packed to avoid any damage in transit and arrived long before I expected her. She is something I will treasure forever!
