From the Ewe language spoken in parts of Ghana, West Africa, the word megavon translates to "do not be afraid." Crafted by Harriet Faako Adjei, these recycled glass bead dangle earrings are certainly not afraid to make a statement. The artisan uses contrasting shapes and surface treatments with complementary colors to express the artistic inspiration she receives through dreams.
