The interior contains six pockets, while the exterior has two velcro pockets and one zipper pocket. The bag can be worn with an adjustable, removable shoulder strap or as a waist pack. A beautiful, hand-stamped batik pattern in copper, white, and black covers the bag, which is as lovely as it is convenient.

"So Simple Yet So Useful"
This strap works perfectly and its much faster than trying to get ones mat into a bag. I really appreciate thats its already several years old and the Velcro still sticks. In a pinch I use it as a yoga strap for holding my leg in place for different poses.

"Perfect Birthday Gift"
I cannot honestly give an opinion as I purchased this as a gift for my daughters Birthday. From the photo and description, I know she will love it as she is very passionate about her yoga!

"Practical Art!"
This yoga mat bag is absolutely stunning! I love the look and feel of the material. There is plenty of room in this well-made piece of art for my mat, towel, headband, and other belongings.
