Delivery EstimateAdding beautifully to your home decor, this African mask depicts a sea-green face that wears an ornate helmet. Abdul Aziz Mohamadu creates the mask, hand-carving it of sese wood and accenting it with embossed aluminum. he personage wears royal blue on the forehead, the same blue appears on his earrings, and he wears a neatly-trimmed beard. The Ghanaian artisan names the mask Emiyi, meaning "a person with integrity" in the Yoruba language of Nigeria.

"Beautiful mask"

Abdul has four children of his own and and cares for an additional four. All eight children live with him and he treats them all as his own.
Job Creator
Abdul has a dream of establishing an art academy for carving and sharing the African culture that is so closely tied to wood carving. So far, he has trained over 30 people but hopes that number can grow to be in the hundreds with an academy.
Moving On Up
