Delivery EstimateGlinting as both the metal surface and the mirror in its center catch and reflect the light, this hanging tin star will add a beautiful rustic touch to your home. Artisans Aida and Cristino Lavariega hand craft the decorative ornament using repoussé techniques as they try to preserve the metal working traditions of their home state of Oaxaca, Mexico. "We have three children who are our greatest inspiration and for whom we work hard as artisans," comments Cristino. "We've tried to teach them the craft so that besides completing their basic and professional studies...they will be able to one day transmit this noble work to new generations." A pretty border surrounds a mirror on both sides of the star which is accented with circles and has a hook which makes it easy to hang.
