Carved by hand from sese wood, this handsome candleholder features brass-lined openings for seven tapers. On the base, an adinkra symbol conveys popular wisdom. It is known as nyame biribi wo soro, meaning "God is in the heavens" in the Twi language. It is a symbol of hope.
