In days gone past, this Akan mask was used on people so they may be true and faithful in everything they do. It is called Bi sa na wo ba beak ("ask and it shall be given unto you"), and it is carved by hand of sese wood. From Madam Adwoa and Onyame Akwan Dooso, the mask is adorned with brass plates and features long horns that symbolize power.
