Handcrafted by Mexican artisan Topiltzin Castro, the exterior is hand painted in a four-petal flower motif in avocado green and slate grey atop the matte, natural beige color of the unglazed ceramic background. The rims of the cups are painted a warm brown, and the interiors are finished with a clear glaze.
