"I dont usually buy depictions of people, but..."
I have a pretty substantial collection of folk art, and at the time that I purchased these, I had only four items in my collection which arguably depicted people. I tend to much prefer animals, plants, and geometric forms. However I really like Quipacs earrings and his page is one I check almost every month to see if he has new work. When I saw these, these struck me not so much as people as representations of a culture and a costume displayed in a beautiful geometric pattern. They were also on sale at the time! I got them, and have them displayed on a jewelry tree I also got from Novica, where they are accompanied by bats from Indonesia and some other work by the same artist depicting a leaf and a flower.

"Amazing Find!"
Several years ago my husband bought me a set of pins in this exact design, in a pawn shop of all places. They were also from Peru. Finding these earrings that are an exact match was astounding. Thank you SO much for making these!

"Unique, Peruvian Artistry"
Cuzco Couple, dangle earrings are as pictured. Tend to be seen more from side when worn. I wear the earring of the woman on the right ears, in order for the earrings to look balanced, as in the photo. Large enough to be eye-catching. Well made. Fun to wear. Happy with purchase.

"Fun to play with, beautiful to behold"
These exquisitely designed earrings are some of my favorite earring I have gotten from Novica: The birds and the stamens all move independently, which makes them fun to play around with as well as beautiful to look at!

"Cute little earrings"
Perfect for every-day wear, very nicely crafted. Hummingbirds are my favorite, so obviously, I had to add these to my collection.But be aware when you hug someone - my poor sister was pricked by the little beak. ;-)

"Fun & Beautiful!"
These are lovely earrings with great silver work and pretty stones. The amethyst is true to the color shown in the picture. The earrings are comfortable to wear and are great for work or day wear.
