The Ibo or Igbo people are on of the largest ethnic groups in Africa. Located primarily in southeastern Nigeria, the Igbo are generally craftsmen, farmers and traders. Artisan Sinclair Yao Daley crafts a mask in the Igbo style, carving it by hand from sese wood and accenting it with colorful paint. The mask can be displayed either on a wall or on a tabletop or other flat surface.
