Hand-carved from a rectangular piece of coconut shell, the image of a lithe gecko decorates the pendant of this necklace from Guatemala. Artisans Fernando and David fill the cutaway section with lava stone and resin for a beautiful contrast. The pendant centers an adjustable length of nylon cord.
