Details

Wearing traditional Andean dress, Mary and Joseph end their quest for shelter in the highlands of Peru. Dionisio Rojas crafts a New World creche where strong stone walls provide shelter from winter winds. Shepherds accompany the miracle of the first Christmas in a beautiful ceramic figurine. Rojas designs it with an opening at the back to permit insertion of a candle, or the piece could be wired as a nightlight.
