Details

Making a statement wherever it goes, this fashionable necklace is designed by Ghana's Elizabeth Alorchie-Apetor. Training artisans in her area, she strings the center of the necklace with a torsade of recycled glass in grey and amber hues. Black ceramic beads flank the large pendant, followed by recycled glass discs. The necklace is named Deka, meaning "harmony" in the Ewe language.
