"Beautiful and clever design"
I bought this for a dear friend who loves the color purple and artisan craftsmanship. When we couldn t figure out how to expand and tighten the bracelet (cleverly concealed design) we called Customer Support and were immediately helped over the phone. Once we were instructed it was so easy! My friend has since repeatedly told me how much she loves this piece! Thank you Novica for another win!
